Mr Aubrey Behn KOSJ

Mr Aubrey Behn has over 50 years of business experience across a number of industries and has held several senior executive positions. He has a proven track record of rolling out large infrastructure projects and the development and commercialization of new technology.

A sample of the projects Mr Behn has been involved with is:

• 1968 - Became the founder of the first privately owned International Grain loading terminal. Mr Behn introduced new technology to Australia which increased capacity from 1100 tonne per day to 1100 tonne per hour. Mayne Nickless became involved in the facility and the terminal was known as Mayne Grain. It was officially opened in 1971 by the QLD Premier.
• 1981 - Founded new environmentally improved Waste Transfer Stations for the Brisbane Metropolitan area which are now considered essential for the area's Waste Disposal requirements.
• 1985 - Appointed Chairman of the Cape York Space Agency. Mr Behn's main initial role was to study the possibility of establishing a Space Port in Australia. This required extensive travel to NASA, Japan and Russia. The initial feasibility study took 18 months and both the QLD and Federal Governments announced Australia 's intention to build the commercial Space Port.

Throughout his career Mr Behn has received various awards and recognitions including:

• 1987 - Named Queensland Businessman of the Year.
• 1989 - Medal of Distinction, Presented by Russian Space Industry, Glavcosmos
• 1991 - Officially Knighted Sir - Order of St John (Contribution of Excellence in International Negotiation and Business Acumen).

Mr Mark McLindon

Mr McLindon has been involved in the construction industry for 30 years. As a qualified carpenter and joiner, Mr McLindon has performed as Project Manager, Supervisor and foreman for million dollar homes. He has also worked, and been supervisor on major civil engineering works including Raby Bay , Brisbane International Airport , Gateway Arterial Road and Logan Motorway.

His foray into Motor Homes started out more as a hobby than a career. The challenge of creating something unique and delivering a finished product the whole family could enjoy ignited a passion within him. Mr McLindon researched the market and discovered there were very few companies that offered a customized service to customers, and even fewer that could do all the work in one workshop. What started out as sideline interest turned into a full-time business.

Mr McLindon started Pegasus Motor Homes Pty Ltd. Pegasus offered clients a customized Motor Home built to their individual requirements and budget. After spending 6 years in running this business Mr McLindon has developed a great understanding of the Australian Market, and what customers are seeking in the Motor Homes of today.
